something that shud not b happend in an organization.. but usualy happen.. like i dont know. but i do care.. cos we're giving good service.. and if u cant give good service its realy bad to our organization, right?
if u dnt know something about other, try to ask for it.. it isnt easy with unhelpful buddy but its not hard to ask.. dont answer things u dont know, not sure.. just b honest.. tell ur costumer to wait.. go look for it.. that way everybody satisfy.. puas hati...
inter-department communication.. too many weakness.. it shud be fixed from time to time...
