no need to make police report

as posted on sabahkini.net / BERNAMA referring to the Pekeliling Am Bilangan 3 Tahun 2011 (General Circular No. 3, 2011) by Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Prime Minister's Department) -it said that no need to make police report when such documents are lost/damaged: 1. Identity Card (JPN) 2. Passport (JIM) 3. Birth Certificate (JPN) 4. Marriage Certificate (JPN) 5. Academic Certificates (KPM ?) 6. Driving License (JPJ) 7. Vehicle Registration Certificate (JPJ) 8. Land Certificate (JTU) -people can directly go to the corresponded agency to make a new copy -it is said that this should lessen the burden (cost/effectiveness) of the Police Force (PDRM) -it also said that in 2010 about 40% of received police report (1.1 mil) is classified as 'Refer to Other Agencies' -but the circular shall not prevent the public from making a police report & government agencies can not prevent the public to report to PDRM Source: sabahkini.net

wind of change

from what i saw in the media (mainstream/underground) surrounding the political scenario in this country, there could be change in the government.. either for better or worst, depend on the votes of the people.. i'm not trying to be political here but let just hope that whichever political party that win the election will rule as the voter wanted.. and the most important is 'balance' in term of development for each states.. lets be fair to each other..
